INTIMATE - NEAR - DAILY

My works are stubbornly small. They want to be a daily and minute presence in the lives of others and, at the same time, demand attention. Without the weight of grandeur.

Something that one approaches to look at it better. Which you carry with you in a book or lean affectionately among the objects that represent us. However, looking for a thickness, a material presence that could not be replaced by a print, a copy, or a digital image.

An escape route from reproducibility which, after having multiplied, now dissolves and scatters.

INTIMO - VICINO - QUOTIDIANO

I miei lavori sono ostinatamente di piccole dimensioni. Vogliono essere una presenza quotidiana e minuta nella vita degli altri e, allo stesso tempo, chiedere attenzione. Senza il peso dell’imponenza

Qualcosa a cui ci si avvicina per guardarla meglio. Che si porta con sé dentro un libro o si appoggia con affetto tra gli oggetti che ci rappresentano. Cercando però uno spessore, un farsi oggetto, una presenza materica che non potrebbe essere sostituita da una stampa, una copia o un’immagine digitale

Una via di fuga dalla riproducibilità che, dopo aver moltiplicato, ora dissolve e disperde.
