MISTAKES - LEFTOVERS

Imperfection and error are the most human experiences, more often than not it is the reading we make of them that is wrong. There can be no progression without attempts and second thoughts, coherence is not a value if it hinders adaptation to changes and personal evolution. Just as what remains of some process is not necessarily waste. We often consider it as such only because we are unable to see it differently. A brick on which to build new meaning.

SOLITUDE - SILENCE - FRAGILITY

Fragility, solitude, and silence are not in themselves negative. Painful perhaps, but they are breaks from the noise and fictitious bonds, acts of courage towards ourselves and our emotions. Opportunities to reshape one's perspective. A breath away from harsh words and from a world that sometimes couldn't be further from the idea of the place where I would like to live. Necessary angels.

STRUCTURES - PRESENCES

Objects, installations, and architectures are traces of the presence of those who produced or owned them. Sometimes they are striking for their shape, sometimes for the context or for the ability to evoke a memory... For their being testimony of a very distant time or of the absolute present moment. For the light that strikes them, for an unexpected color, or for a relationship of spaces. A shadow, a reflection, a detail. Something that escapes the gaze of most and that a moment later may have already disappeared. Something that makes being here, now, with open eyes the most important exercise.

ERRORI - RESIDUI

Imperfezione ed errore sono le più umane delle esperienze, il più delle volte è la lettura che ne facciamo ad essere sbagliata. Non ci può essere una progressione senza tentativi e ripensamenti, la coerenza non è un valore se ostacola l’adattarsi ai cambiamenti e l’evoluzione personale. Così come ciò che rimane di un qualche processo non è per forza uno scarto. Spesso lo consideriamo tale solo perché siamo incapaci di vederlo diversamente. Un mattone su cui costruire nuovo senso.

SOLITUDINE - SILENZIO - FRAGILITA'

Fragilità, solitudine e silenzio non sono di per sé negativi. Dolorosi forse, ma sono pause da rumore e legami fittizi, atti di coraggio verso se stessi e le proprie emozioni. Occasioni per rimodulare la propria prospettiva. Un respiro lontano da parole cattive e da un mondo che il più delle volte non potrebbe essere più lontano dall’idea del luogo in cui vorrei vivere. Angeli necessari.

STRUTTURE - PRESENZE

Oggetti, allestimenti e architetture sono tracce della presenza di chi le ha prodotte o possedute. A volte colpiscono per la loro forma, a volte per il contesto oppure per la capacità di evocare un ricordo... Per il loro essere testimonianza di un tempo lontanissimo o dell’assoluto istante presente. Per la luce che le colpisce, per una cromia inaspettata o per un rapporto di spazi. Un’ombra, un riflesso, un dettaglio. Qualcosa che sfugge allo sguardo dei più e che un attimo dopo può essere sia già scomparso. Qualcosa che rende l'essere qui, ora, ad occhi aperti, l’esercizio più importante.
