The sign that gives shape to words. The image that becomes writing and vice versa. It works with the most intangible of materials - light, color, shape and balance -, mixing them with symbols, echoes and meanings. Communicate. Every time. It becomes evocative, persuasive, informative, didactic, orientation, identity ... It adds new states of reading and meaning. It changes our perception of the message. Exemplify, synthesize, abstract or dazzle, distract and lie. With design, it has in common the approach but, as the message moves away from the product, it approaches illustration and art.

Il segno che da forma alle parole. L'immagine che diventa scrittura e viceversa. Lavora con i più impalpabili dei materiali - la luce, il colore, la forma e l'equilibrio-, impastandoli con simboli, echi e significati. Comunica. Sempre. Si fa evocativa, persuasiva, informativa, didascalica, orientativa, identitaria... Aggiunge nuovi stati di lettura e di senso. Modifica la percezione che si ha del messaggio. Esemplifica, sintetizza, astrae oppure abbaglia, distrare e mente. Con il design ha in comune la progettazione ma, man mano, che il messaggio che porta si allontana dal prodotto, si avvicina all'illustrazione e all'arte.
